The Parishes were: St Giles, Cripplegate; All Hallows, Honey Lane; St Olave, Hart Street; St Peter's, Cornhill; St Dionis, Backchurch; St Mary, Aldermary; Christ Church, Newgate Street; St Helen's, Bishopsgate; St Peter, Paul's Wharf; St Stephen, Walbrook; St Michael, Bassishaw; and St Katherine by the Tower.
