    Letter from Herbert Howells

    This is a handwritten letter from Prof. Herbert Howells CH CBE (who was Senior Warden at the time) to Pastmaster Sydney Loeb, regarding the suggested awarding of the Cobbett Medal to Yehudi Menuhin for 1959 (which did indeed take place).
